About Thomas J. Maine

Thomas J. Maine is a self published dark fantasy writer. His first book, Imperfect Creatures, started development at the beginning of his high school life. In 2016 the book was put on pause, and restarted from scratch in 2019, and published in 2022.

 

Fascinated with the human mind, Thomas undertook a double major in psychology and creative writing at the Univeristy of Melbourne, before pursuing an honours at the University of Canberra, where he wrote a thesis in the field of behavioural psychology while working on the new version of Imperfect Creatures.

 

After the book's release, he began development of a brand new series, while also working on a collection of short stories to explore a greater diversity of ideas.
